Abstract Format & Submission
Abstracts should be prepared in a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) not exceeding 300 words and submitted as an email attachment to ncecs2015@gmail.com. All abstracts should be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication prior to submission.Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee based on originality / novelty, significance of research findings / ideas and relevance to the main theme. Abstracts should consist of the following details:
TITLE (Times New Roman, font 14, UPPER CASE, bold) and not exceeding 20 words.
Author and co-authors details (all in lower case):
Full first and family name (s) (Times New Roman, font 12)
Presenting author’s name should be in bold.
Affiliation details: department, institution, city, state (Times New Roman, font 12, in italics)
E-mail address of corresponding author (Times New Roman, font 12, in italics)
Abstract layout (Times New Roman, font 12)- Abstracts must contain the following:
Background/problem statement
Objective (s)
Methods
Results
Conclusions
Your abstract should look like this:

Author name1, Author name2, the presenter’s name is bolded
1Author’s affiliation and full address: 12 point type, centered, italicized
2Author’s affiliation and full address: 12 point type, centered, italicized
Presenter’s telephone, fax and e-mail address: 12 point type, centered, italicized
Abstract
Please type in your abstract here in one single paragraph. The abstract should be a concise summary of your presentation. Please submit your abstract in English and avoid using scientific or engineering symbols, acronyms and bullets. It should be typed single-spaced in 12 point type Times New Roman. Be sure to adhere to the word limitation (300 words).
